Sharing Our Stories
Hear from our learning community who share their thoughts on leading, learning and playing at Clyde Hill Elementary School.
This year we have had the opportunity to bring together two school communities, giving us a chance to co-create something beautiful. Our journey has just started, and we are committed to ensuring our community is one that creates equity, access and inclusion for our students, families and staff. Clyde Hill is a community that values the unique assets of students and elevates students’ identities. We are proud to be leading this work alongside each member in our community.
Clyde Hill is a joyful, inclusive learning community where children, teachers and families come together. We’ve seen students take the opportunity to become leaders and help new members of the community feel welcomed and loved. It’s been beautiful to watch old and new friendships develop.
Watching kindergarteners use basic programming skills to move robots is an experience that you can only get in the Bellevue School District. The high-quality educational opportunities that our students have access to is only possible through the support of the community. The Bellevue Schools Foundation has been the key community partner to fund educational innovation in a way you can't find anywhere else in the state, so our students learn the skills to be 21st century thinkers starting in preschool.
